Terms of Service

Punchd lets merchants run loyalty programs through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. We provide the platform; you provide the program (rewards, terms, customer relationships). You’re responsible for honouring the rewards you advertise.

You must be at least 18 to create a merchant account. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We offer two plans, Basic and Standard. Plan limits (active cards, geo locations, broadcasts per day) are listed on the pricing page and enforced in-product. Payments are billed monthly via Razorpay and are non-refundable. All fees are final: we do not issue refunds, credits, or pro-rata returns for unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You can downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard; paid-up time on a higher plan continues until the period ends.

Don’t use Punchd to send spam, scams, hate, or anything illegal under Indian law. Don’t enroll customers without their consent. Don’t reverse-engineer the platform or use it to compete directly with us. If you do, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

The customer records you collect through Punchd belong to you. We process them on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with the DPDP Act, GDPR (if applicable), and any other privacy law that governs your customers’ data. You alone are responsible for getting your customers’ consent before enrolling them or sending them marketing.

Apple and Google decide whether and when push notifications actually appear on a customer’s device. We do our best to deliver them quickly and reliably, but we don’t guarantee delivery. We may also rate-limit broadcasts if you exceed your plan’s per-day quota, to protect customers from spam.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We’re a small team, email support during Surat business hours. Pro plan includes a dedicated success manager. If we’re down for a stretch, we’ll credit your account.

Punchd, the wordmark, the lime accent, the UI, all ours. Your content (card designs, push copy, customer records) is yours. By using Punchd you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content to the customers you choose.

Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, APNs, FCM, Razorpay, Punchd integrates with services we don’t control. If they break or change, we’ll adapt as fast as we can but can’t guarantee feature parity.

Punchd is provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We do not pay out any amount beyond that.

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. On termination, we’ll give you 30 days to export your data, then delete it.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, so please check back here for changes. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance.
