Frequently asked

Common questions

Adding to Apple Wallet

How do I add a pass to Apple Wallet?
Open the enrollment link on your iPhone in Safari (not Chrome or in-app browsers, those block the .pkpass file). After you fill in your name + phone, tap Add to Apple Wallet. The pass downloads and Wallet asks you to confirm. Done.
I tapped the button but nothing happened.
You’re probably in Instagram, WhatsApp, or another app’s in-app browser. Tap the share icon → Open in Safari, then retry the Add to Wallet button.
Can I add the pass on an Android phone?
Apple Wallet is iPhone-only, but the same enrollment page has an Add to Google Wallet button for Android. Tap that instead.

Adding to Google Wallet

How do I add a pass to Google Wallet?
On Android, tap Add to Google Wallet on the enrollment page. The Google Wallet app opens and asks you to confirm. If Wallet isn’t installed, Play Store opens it first.
The Add to Google Wallet button isn't showing.
A few possible reasons: the merchant hasn’t enabled Google Wallet yet (they’re in Apple-only mode), or you’re on an iPhone (we only show the button when it would actually work). Check with the merchant.
Does Google Wallet work without the Google Wallet app installed?
Yes, the link opens in a browser as a fallback and Wallet auto-installs. But the experience is much better with the app installed first.

Stamps & points

I just got a stamp but my pass shows the old count.
Open your pass in Wallet and pull down to refresh. If it’s still wrong, make sure your phone has data/Wi-Fi and that Wallet notifications are turned on (Settings → Notifications → Wallet on iOS).
I lost my pass. Can I get my stamps back?
Your stamps are tied to your phone number on the merchant’s account, not the physical pass file. Ask the merchant to re-add you, they search by phone number and your balance comes back.
I changed phones. Will my stamps move?
Yes. Open the enrollment link on the new phone, enter the same phone number. The merchant’s system recognises you and links your stamps to the new pass.

Redeeming rewards

How do I redeem my reward?
When your pass says Reward ready, show it at the counter. The merchant scans the QR and taps Redeem in their app. Your stamp count resets and you’re ready for the next reward.
Can I save my reward for later?
Yes, your reward sits on the pass indefinitely. Some merchants set an expiry; if yours does, the pass shows the deadline.

Removing or replacing a pass

How do I remove a pass?
iPhone: open the pass in Wallet → tap the button (top-right) → Pass Details → Remove Pass.
Android: open the pass in Google Wallet → tap → Remove pass.
Will I lose my stamps if I remove the pass?
No. Your stamps stay with the merchant. Re-adding the pass (same phone number) restores everything.
How do I stop getting notifications from one merchant?
Open the back of the pass (tap → Pass Details on iPhone, or scroll down on Android) → tap the Stop messages link. You stay enrolled but stop getting push notifications.

Notifications & live updates

Why aren't push notifications coming through?
On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Wallet → make sure Notifications, Sounds, and Banners are all On. Also check that Low Power Mode and Background App Refresh aren’t blocking Wallet.
The merchant updated the card design but mine looks old.
Open the pass in Wallet and pull-to-refresh. If it still looks old, give it a few minutes, wallet updates can take a moment, especially on weaker connections.
